Four Saturdays from 9 AM to noon, August 22nd through September 12th
Do you find yourself repeating patterns that no longer serve you?
Do you long for a deeper, more compassionate connection within yourself without the critical chatter in your head?
Would you like to be with others who are also discovering and practicing tools for inner peace and authentic expression in the midst of our chaotic world?
This four-class series blends the Enneagram, self-reflection, creative expression, and group sharing as a means for deepening awareness and personal healing. Together we will discover what makes us tick through teachings of the Enneagram combined with simple and powerful art practices.
Over the course of four sessions we will work with the three centers of the Enneagram, identify places you can get stuck in personality, how these habits impact your life, and learn practical tools of awareness, expression, and growth. Additionally we will benefit from the shared intention and collective presence created by a small group of open-hearted people.
Art practices will be accessible to all levels using basic tools such as watercolors, collage, and water-soluble crayons for meaningful expression and mark making.
(Note that you can bundle this course with the intro course and save money. See here for details!)
